In all ages the Virgin Mary has been a defender of Russia. She was deeply grieved in seeing how the forces of darkness tortured her children.

During her world appearances in the twentieth century, Mother Mary requested the bishops of the Catholic Church to consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. In this way a lot of the suffering endured by the people of Russia in the last century could have been averted. But Her call was ignored.

In the mid-twentieth century Mother Mary delivered a message through the messengers of the Great White Brotherhood Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, asking again for people to pray for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart.

Thanks to the sincere prayers of people around the world, Russia has been dedicated

to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

In the book "The Lost Teachings of Jesus", by Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, we find a dictation given by Mother Mary on March 22, 1978, where she reported that she had officially dedicated Russia to Her Immaculate Heart.
